Real estate companies are struggling to survive in today’s economy, despite having ample resources, including offices, marketing budgets, and sales teams. However, many leaders are unsure of how to build and manage an effective sales department. Recognizing this gap, 9xero, a marketing partner and consultant for renowned real estate companies, collaborated with Bahria University to present a one-day training session titled “Supercharge Your Sales Department.” The training aimed to provide real estate companies with the tools and strategies they need to achieve success in their sales efforts.
The “Supercharge Your Sales Department” training was attended by sales professionals and organizational heads of departments. The training was delivered by Muhammad Aamir Iqbal, a renowned authority and performance coach. The overall training was divided into three parts: “Supercharge Yourself,” “Supercharge Your Sales,” and “Supercharge Your Systems.” Throughout the training, practical and workable strategies were provided, and participants received a 365-day plan to help them implement what they learned.
The event received positive feedback from the participants, who were highly inspired by the insights and strategies provided during the event. The management of Bahria University appreciated the efforts of 9xero in organizing such a wonderful event and expressed their intention to work more closely with 9xero and offer similar programs in the future. At the end of the training, Mr. Zulfiqar Janjua, Director of the Leadership Development Center at Bahria University, presented certificates to the participants.

The “Supercharge Your Sales Department” was just the beginning of a long-term partnership between 9xero and Bahria University. The two entities are entering into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to jointly present more similar projects in the future to uplift the real estate sector. Overall, the event was a success, and it demonstrated the value of collaboration between academic institutions and industry experts in addressing real-world business problems. Through this partnership, 9xero and Bahria University aim to make a significant impact on the real estate sector and support its growth and development.
