Drive 9Xero's revenue through both inbound conversion and outbound prospecting. You'll pitch and close our service packages alongside XeroOS — the Sales Growth Engine — to businesses across industries. This isn't a cold-calling factory. It's a structured, founder-supported sales process with a pipeline built to convert. Strong communicators who understand value selling and aren't afraid of rejection belong here.
What you'll work withYou are the client's voice inside 9Xero and 9Xero's voice to the client. Own relationships, delivery, communication, and outcomes — with zero excuses. Customer obsession isn't a value here, it's a minimum standard. You'll manage multiple accounts simultaneously, keep delivery on track across teams, and proactively solve problems before clients even see them. If "that's not my job" is in your vocabulary, this isn't your team.
What you'll work withPlan, launch, and optimize campaigns that move the revenue needle — not vanity metrics. You'll work across paid media, SEO, email marketing, and lead generation for 9Xero clients in competitive markets. Data is your language, ROAS is your scoreboard, and iteration is your method. If you think impressions are a win, this isn't the right team. If you obsess over CPL, conversion rate, and attribution — it is.
What you'll work withThis is where 9Xero's real competitive edge lives. You'll build intelligent workflows and AI systems — from lead nurturing sequences to outbound voice AI agents — that replace manual processes and run 24/7. You'll work directly on XeroOS, XeroPilot, and Xero Voice AI deployments across client accounts. If you get excited about connecting systems, writing prompts that actually work, and watching automations run without human input — this is your team.
What you'll work withBuild websites, landing pages, funnels, and integrations that look sharp, load fast, and convert. You'll work across client projects and 9Xero's own digital properties — from WordPress builds to GHL site builder, payment integrations, and CRO-optimized pages. You care about performance as much as aesthetics, and you don't consider a page "done" until the numbers prove it. Bonus if you think in systems and can spot a CRO problem before the client does.
What you'll work withCreate content that actually performs — not just content that looks good in a portfolio. You'll produce social media content, video scripts, short-form video, ad creatives, and copy for 9Xero and our clients across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Fast turnaround is a given. Creative instinct, platform awareness, and the ability to adapt tone across brands are what separate good from great here. You don't wait for a brief to tell you what's trending.
What you'll work withWork directly with business owners and leadership teams on strategy, market entry, go-to-market planning, brand positioning, and business audits. You'll take complex situations, cut through the noise, and produce clear, executable plans — not slide decks that gather dust. Our consulting work spans multiple industries and markets, which means your thinking has to be sharp, adaptable, and commercially grounded. If you've ever solved a business problem that wasn't yours to solve, you'll fit here.
What you'll work withThe team that makes everything else possible. You'll own internal coordination, process management, HR workflows, finance tracking, and the systems that keep a fast-moving company from dropping the ball. Detail-oriented and proactive aren't preferences here — they're non-negotiables. If you find satisfaction in building order out of chaos, spotting gaps before they become problems, and running tight processes behind the scenes — this is your team.
